In Memory of Francesca

While I didn't know Francesca that well, I had the pleasure of working with her at Kennedy Space Center on a couple of jobs where she was the lead engineer. I always admired her energy and enthusiasm and willingness to do whatever to get the job done - even bake cookies! :o)

She will be missed by all that had the pleasure to know her and her attitude to take life by the horns and live it to the full is something that has changed my life for the better. I pray that her memory lives on and that we may smile (as she always seemed to) knowing she is in a better place. Her family will be in our prayers.

Peace,

The Crowell Family

Attending the viewing, mass, and home of Richard and Cecilia has been a life changing experience for me. I now see clearly why Francesca was the way she was. She was surrounded by family and friends that loved her dearly and who reflected that energy and joy right back to her. Her life was a reflection of the wonderful family and people that she interacted with.

I will take away more than I can express in words, but will make sure that everyone that I come in contact with will wonder - what is up with Tom? He's smiling, walking around like he's on top of the world...

If I answer anyone, my response will hopefully be, "My God is a God of second chances. He is longsuffering. He is merciful. He deserves all of the honor and glory (but I thank Francesca and her family/friends for pointing me in the right direction)."

May God bless you all and bring you peace.

  1. In memory of Francesca, we will all wear purple on Friday 10/23 in her honor - it was her favorite color and the color of her sorority.
